Products and pricing. We do our best to display products, colors, and pricing accurately, but we don't guarantee that every detail is error-free. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order.

Orders. When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline it, and may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurred, in which case we'll refund you in full.

Fulfillment. Orders are fulfilled through our supply partners and shipped from U.S. warehouses. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Your account and information. You agree to provide accurate, current information at checkout. You're responsible for keeping any account credentials secure.

Intellectual property. All content on this site — text, images, logos, and the Loxley Pets name — is our property or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without written consent.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loxley Pets is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
