Shipping Policy
Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States.
Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time. Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after processing, shipped from U.S.-based fulfillment partners.
Shipping rates.
- Many items ship free.
- On items not already eligible for free shipping, standard shipping is $6.95, and free on orders over $50.
- Express shipping (1–2 business days) is available for $15.
Multiple packages. We work with more than one fulfillment partner, so items in a single order may occasionally arrive in separate packages or on slightly different days. This is normal — not a lost item.
Delays. Once a package leaves our fulfillment partners, delivery timing is in the carrier's hands. We're not responsible for carrier delays, but if something seems stuck, email us and we'll help track it down.
Wrong address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
